2. Information we process
Depending on how you use the website, we may process your name, email address, selected service, preferred session date and time, time zone, messages you send us, and basic transaction information such as a PayPal order reference and payment status.
PayPal processes your payment and card details. We do not receive or store your full card number, security code, PayPal password or other complete payment credentials.
3. Why we use your information
We use personal information to process and confirm purchases, schedule and deliver sessions, send access or scheduling details, provide support, prevent misuse, handle complaints and refunds, and comply with legal and accounting requirements.
4. Legal bases
We process booking and contact information when necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you. We may also process information to comply with legal obligations, or where our legitimate interests in customer support, security and resolving disputes do not override your rights. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Payments and service providers
Payments are provided by PayPal, which processes information under its own privacy terms. We may share only the information necessary with providers that help us deliver communications, online meetings, hosting and other essential services. These providers may act as processors or independent controllers under their own terms. We do not sell personal information.
6. Browser storage and cookies
The booking flow uses temporary session storage in your browser to remember your selected plan, booking email, chosen time and PayPal order reference while completing your purchase. This information normally disappears when the browser tab or session is closed. We currently do not use advertising or analytics cookies. PayPal and external websites may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their respective policies.
7. How long we keep information
We keep booking, payment and correspondence records only for as long as needed to provide the service, handle support or disputes, and meet applicable legal, tax and accounting obligations. When information is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised where reasonably possible.
8. International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the EU/EEA. Where GDPR requires it, such transfers must rely on an approved legal mechanism and appropriate safeguards. Please consult each provider's privacy policy for details about its locations and safeguards.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.

We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal information. However, no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive personal or payment information by ordinary email.

Purchases are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
